Recommendation: Best with tangy plain yoghurt seasoned with salt and black pepper or add in some shredded cucumber for a refreshing crunch!

Methods of Preparation

Microwave Instructions
1. Add 7.3 fl oz (215 ml) of warm/hot water to a microwavable bowl.
2. Empty the contents of the packet in the bowl.
3. Let the food soak for 10 minutes.
4. Put the bowl in the microwave with lid cover and heat on high for 3-5 minutes/till desired consistency is achieved.
5. Add water if more consistency is required and heat on high for 30 seconds to a minute or till desired consistency is achieved.
Stovetop instructions
1. Add 7.3 fl oz (215 ml) of warm/hot water to a pot.
2. Empty the contents of the packet in the pot.
3. Let the food soak for 10 minutes.
4. Cook the food on medium flame.
5. Bring the contents of the pot to boil with a lid on top and let it cook for 2-3 minutes or till desired consistency is achieved.
6. Add water if more consistency is required and continue to cook for another minute or till desired consistency is achieved.
