How are IndiTwist products different from other "Ready-to-Eat" Indian food products?

Our products are 100% preservative and additives free. IndiTwist products are prepared with high quality ingredients and dehydrated at low temperatures reducing the weight and size of the product but retaining the nutrient value of a freshly prepared meal.
All products can be stored in a cool, dry place without refrigeration for up-to 6 months. Products can last up-to 8 months if refrigerated.

How can I prepare the meal? What do I need?

There are 3 simple steps to prepare our meals: Soak - Boil - Serve!

All you need is a cooking bowl/pot, lid and water! All you need to do is soak the mix in water, boil it with a lid and serve! Refer to the back of our product packs or individual product pages for detailed step by step instructions for microwave and cooktop methods.

Where are your products made?

All of our ready-to-eat meals are prepared at our facility in India. Each order is fufillfed and shipped to our customers from our headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina.

What is the portion size/quantity of your product?

Our products weigh anywhere between 50-70 grams (1.7-2.4 ounces) in the packet and after preparation can individually serve up to 1-2 person with a serving size of 250-300 grams (8.8-10.58 ounces).

When will I receive my products? 

All products are shipped within 24 hours of placing an order. You will receive your order within 3-5 business days from the day of shipment. You will receive a notification confirming your order is shipped with a tracking number, your tastebuds will be counting down!

What is your order cancellation policy?

All orders can be cancelled within 1 hour for guranteed refund. However, any requests for order cancellations after 1 hour will be dealt with on a case to case basis. Please send us a message through the chat feature on the site or write to us at hello@inditwistfoods.com for cancellation requests.

I do not see a email for the discount coupon I signed up for. What should I do?

If you sign up for a discount coupon, you should receive an email with the coupon code directly to your inbox. If you don't see an email from us with the code, check your spam / junk folder as our email may have gone there!

In order to avoid this from happening in the future, add IndiTwist to your email contacts or select the mail/sender as 'not spam'.

If you cannot find your coupon after following the steps mentioned above, please contact us via the chat form on our website or by emailing us at hello@inditwistfoods.com and we will assist you.

I may have added more water than specified. What do I do?    

That is totally okay! The water content specified on each packet is the exact amount required to rehydrate and reach a perfect consistency. But, if you find that you may have added some extra water - there is a simple solution! All you would need to do is boil the contents a little bit more to achieve your desired consistency.

Please note - Some of the products may lose their integrity if they are over-boiled, such as rice or Manchurian but we can guarantee that nothing about taste will change!
